i. Ohouse shall pay to Content Provider a monetary rewards in the form of an Amazon Gift Card or PayPal payment (PayPal payment is only available to Creators from an Aspire Campaign) in return for its provision of thse Content and consent to the use thereof: [The reward will be paid within 30 calendar days (or 1-2 business days via Aspire) upon receipt of a completed submission form and upon confirmation from a representative of Ohouse.]

ii. Ohouse may feature the Content to its users all around the world by posting the Content on any of the mobile apps, web services, and social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktok, various blogs, etc.) that are operated by Ohouse or a company in partnership with Ohouse. The Content Provider agrees to grant to Ohouse a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license, to reproduce, adapt (but not beyond recognition in a way that violates your personal rights, if applicable), distribute, publicly display or make available in any existing form or medium, make, use, transfer, import, and exercise any and all such rights in and to the Content, including but not limited to all rights (including all the intellectual property rights and neighboring rights that might apply) in the performances, literary, dramatic, artistic and musical material in the Content to the maximum extent possible under applicable laws; therefore, Ohouse may edit the Content for the purpose of making the said postings. Ohouse may use the Content (either in a form of photos or narratives) for the marketing purposes to promote Ohouse services and content in general.
